HEALTH
ENVIRONMENTAL & SAFETY (HES) SPECIALIST (BADAGRY)
Reporting to HES
Manager
With job
responsibilities in the company’s Compressor station in Lagos Beach – Badagry
and Regulating and Metering Station in Cotonou – Benin.
Position exists to:
Support field
implementation of HES systems and programs
Develop, monitor
and ensure compliance with the HES management system
Identify HES
training needs, organize and coordinate HES programs and activities
Monitor and
report HES performance
Review and
update HES Practices, including emergency procedures, annually implement the
emergency response program.
Key Competencies required
B. Sc in
Engineering or Science, preferably Mechanical/Chemical Engineering with minimum
of 5 years’ experience; or HND with 8 years’ experience in HES in the oil &
gas industry. Professional certificates as NEBOSH or its equivalent will be an
added advantage.
