Estate Manager


One of the leading organizations in hotel services is seeking for a result oriented, competent and suitably qualified candidate for the position of Estate Manager.

Key Responsibilities

·         Candidate shall be responsible for the co-ordination and management of all the contractors, suppliers and the subordinates; he must also write and present reports as at when due.

·         Responsible for the upkeep of the country club and botling facility to the required standard.

·         Responsible for the management and the supervision of the resort and bottling facility.

Required Skills

·         Bachelor’s degree in Estate Management/Hotel Facilities/ Business Administration/Social Sciences or Humanities.

·         Able to work with little or no supervision.

·         Two to three years working experience in hospitality and hotel management.

·         Professional qualifications in hospital or hotel management and/or beverages bottling will be an added advantage.

·         Candidate must have good computer knowledge.

·         A married couple may apply with the spouse having some experience also in any of the above fields.

Financial Controller (FC-C002)

Candidate shall be responsible for financial reporting and control; reporting to the Head of Finance. Candidate must also while executing these responsibilities focus on accuracy and integrity of the company’s results.

Major responsibilities

·         Candidate shall be responsible for the preparation of timely, accurate and necessary financial reporting to enhance decision making and external audit purposes.

·         For proper consolidation and reporting, candidate will also coordinate financial information (for all plants-in the country).

·         Responsible for the preparation of the budgets and forecast and cash flows.

·         Ensures that internal controls, appropriate systems and accounting procedures are executed and maintained.

 

Knowledge, Skills Required

·         Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields like Accounting, Finance, Economics, or any related discipline.

·         10 years working experience

·         Active member of relevant professional accounting/finance bodies.

·         Commendable accounting knowledge-this includes International Financial Reporting Standards.

·         Knowledge of accounting packages and systems (e.g. SAP)

·         Candidate must have good interpersonal relationship and people management skills.
