Necessary Requirements:

Candidate must have B. Sc or HND in Quantity Surveying from a reputable institution

Professional qualification is an added advantage

An initiator who can work with minimum supervision

Good experience in estate surveying and management practice (at least 7years)

Proficiency in related computer applications and MS Office Suite

Good communication and presentation skills

Candidate should have good analytical and negotiation skills
