Position: Facilitator (Northern Nigeria Vulnerability and Capacity Assessment -VCA)

Level: Level X

Locations: Borno, Katsina, Yobe and Zamfara

Status: full-time, field-based, regular

Experience

• Candidate must have good knowledge, communication (oral and written) skills in English and Hausa Language
• Other dialects would be an asset
• Good attention to details
• Ability to work very hard to meet up with deadlines within stated objectives
• Able to employ fully the participatory data collection methods
• Understands various challenges associated with the northern region
• Able and willing to team up with other members for same objectives
• Must be based in one of the four states where the study takes place
• Resilience and understand system approach
