Responsible for human and resource (material) management

Reports also to the plantation manager

Qualities:

Minimum of a first degree in Agronomy/Agriculture or (related discipline)

Sound and good experience in tree crop environment

Ability to forecast and prepare and manage budget effectively

Good speaking and writing skills
