Front Desk /Customer Service Officer

Responsibilities:
  • Candidate shall be in charge of the front desk/reception
  • Responsible for the answering of  internal phone calls and act on information accordingly
  • Develop and manage good relationship with the customers and visitors
  • Candidate shall also receives mails, dispatch them, and when necessary keep records of all incoming correspondence
  • Handling general inquiries and customers’ complaints and address them if possible
  • Direct customer and visitors appropriately and not shabbily
  • Data management activities

Qualifications and Requirements:
  • Minimum of OND/HND in any field
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Candidate must be computer literate
  • An individual with strong organization skills
  • High proficiency in written and verbal communication.
