Responsibilities:
- Candidate shall be in charge of the front desk/reception
- Responsible for the answering of internal phone calls and act on information accordingly
- Develop and manage good relationship with the customers and visitors
- Candidate shall also receives mails, dispatch them, and when necessary keep records of all incoming correspondence
- Handling general inquiries and customers’ complaints and address them if possible
- Direct customer and visitors appropriately and not shabbily
- Data management activities
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Minimum of OND/HND in any field
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Candidate must be computer literate
- An individual with strong organization skills
- High proficiency in written and verbal communication.
