Associate Consultants: Ref. AOC 1613
·        A good first degree in Social Sciences, Humanities and any related field.
·        3 years’ working experience
·        An active member of professional bodies as CIPM,NITAD,SHRM, CMD,ASTD,CIPD etc, M. Sc and/or MBA will be an added advantage
·        Candidate would be responsible for the overseeing, facilitating, monitoring and evaluating and documenting learning events in a multi campus environment
·        A working knowledge of instructional design, training and evaluation methodologies and Learning Management System is required
·        Candidates must be team players, self-motivated and result-oriented individuals who are capable of working with minimal supervision
·        Good written and oral communication skills

Administrative Executives/Administrators: Ref: AEA 1913
·        Candidates shall be responsible for the successful execution of projects and designated programs
·        Possess HND/ND in Secretarial studies or Business Administration or any related field
·        Candidates must be hospitable, humble and dedicated with serving spirit; a team player with self management attributes
·        Comfortable with relevant electrical appliances
·        Computer literate
·        Willing to learn at all time
·        Active member of any recognized professional bodies

Learning Graduate Executives: Ref: LGE 1813
·        This role functions as a veritable support for the team lead role and is responsible for a seamless execution and coordination of the organization outsourcing projects and learning processes or events from beginning till execution of projects
·        First degree/HND is required
·        Active NYSC experience is also required
·        Candidate must be humble, willing to learn and work under pressure when required
·        Good written and oral communication skills
·        Good team player
·        IT savvy skills

Client Executives: Ref. CEX 1713
·        This role aids the coordination of consultant in a regional team lead capacity. This involves managing, facilitating and coordinating team bonding and excellent customer relationship for successful implementation of projects
·        Candidate must possess good first degree or HND in Sciences, Engineering, Social Sciences or Humanities
·        Core desire for a career in human resources management
·        2 to 4 years’ working experience in customer service, or marketing or HR or Administrative role
·        Candidate must be a team player who is result-oriented, self-starter,
·        Computer literate
