Senior Financial and
Administration Manager
Responsibilities
-
Candidate shall train, support
and supervise staff in their financial responsibilities.
-
Update local financial,
administrative and organizational procedures in line with ABT policies,
protocols, USAID guidelines and regulations (and Nigerian laws).
-
Maintain full compliance with
the USAID reporting and contractual requirements.
-
Lead all procurement,
sub-contracting activities.
-
Preparing job prescription,
recruitment, plans for staff development and other functions as designated for
human resource development.
-
Coordinate project budget and
forecast; track, and analyze and report expenditure as demanded.
-
Ensures that the human resources,
financial, procurement administrative management in the Nigeria SHOPS project are
in compliance with the necessary guidelines and policies as required.
-
Cooperate with local to ensure
compliance with regulatory and audit requirements.
-
Work also with technology
consultants and offer advice on office automation and information technology
needs of the office when needed.
Specified Requirements
-
Candidate must have 10 years or
the equivalent combination of education and experience.
-
Bachelor’s degree (master preferable)
in Finance/Business/Administration/Management or equivalent from a reputable
institution.
-
USAID project management
experience and wild knowledge of AIDARs and FARs.
-
Proven track record as a senior
manager in Finance and Administration.
-
Ability to support smooth and
rapid implementation of project activities.
-
Ability to travel when required
(both home and international).
-
Excellent organizational,
computer and writing skills.
-
Good communication skill.
