One of the leading organizations in hotel services is seeking for a result oriented, competent and suitably qualified candidate for the position of Estate Manager.
Key Responsibilities
·
Candidate shall be responsible
for the co-ordination and management of all the contractors, suppliers and the
subordinates; he must also write and present reports as at when due.
·
Responsible for the upkeep of
the country club and botling facility to the required standard.
·
Responsible for the management
and the supervision of the resort and bottling facility.
Required Skills
·
Bachelor’s degree in Estate
Management/Hotel Facilities/ Business Administration/Social Sciences or
Humanities.
·
Able to work with little or no
supervision.
·
Two to three years working
experience in hospitality and hotel management.
·
Professional qualifications in
hospital or hotel management and/or beverages bottling will be an added
advantage.
·
Candidate must have good
computer knowledge.
·
A married couple may apply with
the spouse having some experience also in any of the above fields.
